• Personalization Box: Snowman Design or “Last Initial”. If “Last Initial please indicate 1 letter choice. Please indicate multi-colored or white lights.
• Party Details: Please tell the first and last name of your host and the date of your party.

I confirm that all design personalization information is correct and I understand NO CHANGES can be made once this reservation has been submitted. I fully understand that due to the custom nature of the party There's a NO REFUND policy on all reservations.
