 DIY Workshop Set Up Details:

• PARTY DATE/TIME: September 29th, Set Up 11:30am-12:45pm , Workshop 1:00pm-4:00pm
• Location: Palm Hill North Club House
• Total Balance Due By: September 23, 2023
• Project Sign Up Deadline: September 23, 2023
• minimum of 8 guests must be registered.   
• Day of the party: An instructor will arrive approximately 1-1 1/2 hours prior to workshop start time. We will provide table coverings- Please let us know what shape and size table we will be working with. Approximately 2 feet of workspace per seat is ideal.

Reservation/Design Agreement

I confirm that all design personalization information is correct and I understand NO CHANGES can be made once this reservation has been submitted. I fully understand that due to the custom nature of the party There's a NO REFUND policy on all reservations.

Please Note: No two pieces of wood are the same. Products are made from natural wood, therefore there will be variations in color, grain, texture. Every effort is made to select pieces with unique characteristics.
